Hello everybody...sorry for my english...

I'm having the following problem:

When I try to put more than one presenter sloodle, both show the same
presentation when it should be different. There is solution to this?

Moodle 1.9
Sloodle 1.2
Sloodle set 1.0

Thanks!
Camila.

Hi Camilla,

The presenter changes the settings of the parcel media, so if both
presenters are in the same parcel they will both show the same info.
You have to create a separate parcel to have another presenter showing
other things.

Like Nick says, the sloodle 1 presenter uses parcel media, where you
can only use one presentation URL per land parcel.

If you're able to switch to sloodle 2, that uses shared media ("HTML
on a prim"), which allows you to have multiple presentations on the
same parcel.

ok, i did it.thanks!
When the avatar moves to the parcel, the content changes. One more
question: if there are two different avatars, they can see different
content on different parcel at the same time?

Hi Camila.

If you're using parcel media (sloodle 1):
- There will only ever be one URL per land parcel.
- All avatars standing on the same land parcel will see content from
the same URL.
- What matters is the land parcel you're standing on, not the land
parcel you're looking at. This is a bit strange. So if I'm standing on
Parcel A looking at a screen on Parcel B next door, I will see the
content from Parcel A, not Parcel B.

If you're using shared media (sloodle 2):
- Each screen can have its own URL.
- All avatars will see the URL for the screen. Land parcels don't
matter, and it doesn't matter where you're standing.
- If you have a lot of screens visible in the same space, some of them
may just look like white squares some of the time, because Shared
Media is a bit rubbish.

In both cases, people share the URL, but they may not always see the
same thing. For example, if they're looking a site that needs you to
log in, they may see different things if they're logged in as
different people.

"shared media is a bit rubbish"

iirc you only see at most the 5 web pages nearest to the avatar camera so the behaviour you describe is at least the expected "rubbish".
